Hot Baked Smoked Salmon
Our hot smoked salmon is cold smoked with our own home-cure recipe and then roasted in again in our kilns to perfection, producing a deep flavor. While it is perfect for flaking into salads and pasta, our favorite way to enjoy it is warming it in the oven or under the grill and simply plating up the fillets with a few buttered potatoes and greens – delicious!
